Keep containers closed
Store dried seasonings in sealed containers in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Use a clean, dry spoon rather than shaking a jar directly over rising steam.
Follow the label
Use the storage and date information on your purchased pack. There is no single shelf-life promise for the entire collection; product-specific details take priority.
Keep information together
If you transfer a product into another container, retain the original ingredient list, lot number and date information. Label the new container so it can be identified easily.
